Jonathan Burt dominated the Richmond Raceway round of the RFRL Godsby Big 4 Series, leading 160 of 165 laps to capture his second victory of the season. Starting from pole position, the #11 driver controlled the race with only two lead changes throughout the 165-lap distance. David Burcicki in the #92 machine provided the primary challenge, leading five laps before ultimately settling for second place after advancing four positions from his sixth-place starting spot.

The story of the night belonged to Victor Etheridge, who delivered a masterful hard charger performance in the #6 car. Starting from 13th position, Etheridge carved through the field to claim the final podium spot with a remarkable 10-position gain despite accumulating four incidents during his charge forward. His third-place finish highlighted an impressive drive that saw him navigate through traffic and capitalize on the single caution period that consumed four laps of the race.

Brian Sousa rounded out a solid top-five performance with a fourth-place result in the #60, advancing three spots from his seventh-place grid position. Todd Parent completed the top five in the #69 after falling two positions from his third-place starting spot. The clean racing was evident with 11 drivers recording zero incidents, though the competitive nature of the short track showed as several drivers struggled with car control throughout the evening.

Burt's commanding victory extends his championship lead to 18 points over Sousa, who moved into second place in the standings. With 22 races remaining in the season, Burt has positioned himself strongly atop the championship table with 86 points. Derek Underwood maintains third place with 60 points, while Brent Thompson holds fourth with 56 points despite falling six positions to finish 10th at Richmond.
