Darlington Raceway delivered exactly the kind of chaos the track is known for on Tuesday night, as #10 Jesse Gordon punched through from his second starting spot to claim victory in Round 16 of the RFRL Truck Series. Gordon led 53 of 120 laps on the night, more than any other driver in the field, but the race was far from his alone — 11 lead changes across five caution-interrupted stints kept the outcome in doubt deep into the going. Polesitter #79 Jordan Traas, who set the pace early and put in 29 laps out front, ultimately fell back to fourth by race's end after starting from the top spot. Gordon's win is his fifth of the season and eighth all-time in the series.

Behind Gordon, #85 Dakota Reeder delivered a composed run from sixth on the grid to take the runner-up spot, logging 8 laps led along the way. It is Reeder's second all-time series podium and his best finish of the current campaign coming at a critical moment with four races remaining. #25 Paul White completed the podium from fourth starting position, leading 13 laps in a clean run that ended with zero incidents. White's result becomes increasingly significant given how tight the playoff picture looks heading into the stretch run.

The night's standout performance belonged to #5 Brandon Hinton, who earned Hard Charger honors by storming from 23rd on the grid all the way to seventh at the finish — a gain of 16 positions over 120 laps. Hinton's truck was among eight in the field to complete the race with zero incidents, a remarkable clean sheet given Darlington's unforgiving reputation. #71 Tommy Wynne also put in a strong charge, advancing 10 spots from 16th to sixth, while #92 David Burcicki gained 9 positions to finish ninth. On the other end of the spectrum, #21 Justin Clapper and #68 Tom Ringer each fell 14 positions from their respective starting spots.

With four rounds remaining, the playoff standings are razor-thin from second through fourth. Jordan Traas leads the way with 93 points, but Gordon's win vaults him to second at 80 — just one point ahead of Reeder at 79 and two ahead of Paul White at 78. The gap between Traas and that chasing trio tightened considerably after tonight's result, and with Gordon, Reeder, and White all collecting podium points at Darlington, the pressure on Traas to remain consistent has never been greater. Anthony Hardin sits fifth in the standings at 57 points, facing a sizable deficit with the window rapidly closing.
